Three years ago, I was nearly 300 pounds, deep in postpartum, and completely disconnected from my body. I felt stuck, exhausted, and honestly? A little hopeless. I tried everything. Restrictive diets, quick fixes, toxic mindset traps, but nothing clicked until I stopped chasing perfection and started focusing on what actually worked for me.
I lost 75 pounds. Not overnight, not flawlessly, but with consistency, a strategy that fit my real life, and a hell of a lot of self-compassion.
